| How to register for an online account |

For New Customers the process is as follows:
1. Please download and complete the New Customer Application Form - accessed by pressing the button at left.
2. Signing of this form indicates formal acceptance of Micro Peripherals Ltd's terms and conditions for trading and using the website.
3. When your information is received, Micro Peripherals Ltd will set up your account. For non-credit accounts, the process usually takes about three working days, while credit accounts are usually set up within five to ten working days dependant on reference response.
4. Once normal trading has commenced you may open your web account with micro-p.com. |

For Existing Customers the process is as follows:
1. Please complete the online account application form, accessed by clicking the button at left.
2. For security reasons, you will be required to provide contact details for a principal in your company (Managing Director, Finance Director, or similar) along with the name of the nominated administrator in your company who will be responsible for dealing with the account.
3. When your information is received, Micro Peripherals Ltd will endeavour to set up your online account within 48 hours.
4. Micro Peripherals Ltd will contact the principal in your company to provide the password details for the nominated administrator only. From this point the administrator can use all the services provided by micro-p.com.
5. The nominated administrator will then set up other users in your company as required.
6. Micro Peripherals Ltd will send out an online agreement form which must be signed by a principal of your company, indicating formal acceptance of the terms and conditions for the use of the online account. |
